On the last day of SXSW Interactive 2008 Veronica visited Tears of Joy, a legendary Hot Sauce shop on East 6th Street, Austin Texas. Established in 1988, the shop was originally a restaurant with a speciality for Tamales – since then it has moved to exclusively selling Hot Sauce, including a variety of sauces with some very “interesting” names.
