Mahalo Daily should definitely be in HD. Or what online geeks consider HD, like Tekzilla. It could add SO much more production value. You guys seem to be hosted off site, so what’s the worry? I am sure Mr. Calacanis could spare $3,000 for a good, HD camera.
And one thing that has been bugging me: content. Its pretty boring now-a-days. I miss Veronica. Right now, its so dull. Get some fun stuff! Drive an airplane like Veronica! Go to some conferences!
Bring back the good-old-days. I miss it.
Best,
Robert

Hey- HD TV is the best thing to come along since remote controls. We have 4 HD tv’s - and I love to watch anything that is broadcast in HD ! It makes an incredible difference. I defy anyone to say that once they’ve watched ” Two and Half Men” in HD, that they can go back to watching it on regular TV, and not miss the vibrant colors and intense contrasts that you see in any HD program. I mention Two and Half Men because -well, it blows me away when I see that show in HD.
Everyone should experience HD television, and be aware that just because you’ve bought a flat panel TV, it isn’t necessarily going to be able to receive HD signals automatically. Unless you are going to use the cable box, the tv must have what is called a QAM tuner built in. If your HD ready TV has a QAM tuner, then a cable box isn’t necessary to convert the signal.

Just wanted to say that I find it amusing that this story was not filmed or distributed in HD and/or widescreen. It’s pretty much the only vidcast I watch now that isn’t, and it definitely sticks out. Just saying. ;)
