MD045 - State of the Union Address (in 60 seconds)
George W. Bush, President of the United States and leader of the free world gave his State of the Union address last night. Taking just over 50 minutes in the real world, we’ve condensed his report to a far more palatable 60 seconds: this is the internet after all.

State of the Union speeches are too long and have too much applause. This is a great idea!

Brilliant. Absolutely brilliant. This may seem like just a fun idea now but give it two years and you’ll find videos and podcasts in ‘Mahalo format’ all over the place.

With all due respect, I think you’re going a bit far by calling him “leader of the free world”. US=fine, but the rest of us can manage without him…
January 29th, 2008 at 5:38 pm
Good grief, nearly 8 years and he still says “nukuler.”
Thanks for the recap. Saved me an hour out of my day.

Now if you could do this type of thing with these darned presidential debates, we would be all set! Great job on this one as well as the Steve Jobs snip-n-clip. Can’t wait to see the next one.
