MD007 - How to Cure a Hangover
Drinking, when done responsibly (and at the legal age, of course) can be a fun activity with friends, but that doesn’t always mean your body is going to be happy with you the day after! Here are some tips from the Mahalo team for preventing that terrible fate known as the hangover. Just remember, we’re not doctors, so make sure you talk to yours before taking any medication! Also, no Veronicas were harmed (or intoxicated) in the making of this video podcast.

1. Keeping on drinking to avoid hangovers is plain idiotic.
2. Advil, Aspirin, Tylenol: Too late; damage is done. And can mess up your liver bad.
3. Greasy foods: Saddlebags & cellulite. Hooray.
4. Chaser pills are only activated charcoal and Tums and don’t work. Enjoy the Trots!
5. Most so-called hangover pills are nothing more than repackaged vitamins = snake oil.
There’s only one genuine prevention remedy. Cheerz. I never drink w/o it! Tablets and new IntelliShot - lemon-lime functional shot/mixer.
